    This rule is being filed to replace rescinded rule 5101:4-2-07, that is being rescinded as a result of the five-year review, and to incorporate plain language.

    This rule explains the initial interview process which includes the types of interviews, scheduling the interview, what to do if the interview is missed, standard

    practices, the process for non-coorperation, and how to handle inquiries for benefits.
