    (A)    Private dock, private platform or private boathouse on state lands except at lake Milton, lake Logan, Mosquito, Pymatuning, lake Loramie or Kiser lake: For a dock, platform, covered dock or boathouse or other structure over or on the waters of the division privately built and maintained by the applicant except structures at lake Milton, lake Logan, Kiser lake, Mosquito, Pymatuning or lake Loramie

    (B)   Private dock, tie-up and boat house from private lands adjacent to the waters of the division except at lake Milton: For a tie-up from private land or dock or boat house or other structure which extends over or on the waters of the division and is built from private lands that are adjacent to division waters and said tie-up, dock, boat house or structure is used by the applicant for the mooring of boats or other purposes except for structures at lake Milton and lake Loramie:

    (D)    State tie-ups: Where the division furnishes stakes or posts for the purpose of tying boats thereto in the zone area provided therefor by the division in lieu of dock structures the fee shall be as follows:

    (E)   Private dock or structure at lake Milton state park: For a tie-up from private land or a dock or other structure which extends over or on the waters of lake Milton or for any new or newly renovated structure on lake Milton state park:

    Fee:

    Seventy-five dollars per season or any portion thereof for each structure, dock or tie-up used for the mooring or watercraft. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat owned or leased by applicant to said dock, tie-up or structure. If more than one boat owned or leased by applicant is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of seventy-five dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat except for personal watercraft. If the dock is designed and designated for more than two watercraft then the fee shall be four hundred eighty dollars per slip excluding slips for personal watercraft. For personal watercraft the fee shall be twenty-five dollars per season for each additional personal watercraft. With the park manager's approval persons who own a private dock at lake Milton may permit watercraft not owned or leased by the dock owner to seasonally moore at the private dock for a fee of two hundred ten dollars per watercraft per year. For decks or other structures privately built and maintained at lake Milton but not used for the mooring of watercraft, the fee shall be one dollar per square foot.

    (F)    Private docks at Kiser lake and lake Logan state parks: For a dock, platform, boat house or other structure over or on the waters of the division privately built and maintained by the applicant:

    Fee:

    Fifty-five  dollars  per  season  or  any  portion  thereof  for  each  dock,  platform,

    boathouse or other structure. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat to said dock, platform, boathouse, or structure. If more than one boat is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of fifty-five dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat.

    (G)    Private docks at Mosquito state park: For a dock, platform, boat house or other structure over or on the waters of the division privately built and maintained by the applicant:

    Fee:

    Sixty dollars per season or any portion thereof for each dock, platform, boathouse or other structure. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat to said dock, platform, boathouse, or structure. If more than one boat is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of sixty dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat.

    (H)   There may be designated area to be used for guest docks. The chief of the division or his authorized agent may issue a temporary license, valid for twenty-four hours or any portion thereof, to persons for the use of division-operated guest docks:

    Fee:

    (1)    For South Bass Island Oak Point the fee per continuous docking of one boat shall be fifteen dollars per boat between the hours of nine a.m. and seven p.m. or any portion thereof and twenty dollars per boat between the hours of seven

    p.m. and nine a.m. or any portion thereof.

    (2)   For Shawnee marina the fee shall be twenty dollars for a boat in docks C or D, ten dollars for a boat in docks A or B and ten dollars for a jet ski.

    (3)   For Salt Fork state park the fee shall be fifteen dollars per boat per twenty-four hours.

    (4)   For Middle Bass Island state park the fee per continuous docking on of one boat during the day only shall be ten dollars per boar boat at docks without electricity and fourteen dollars per boat for docks with electricity. between the hours of nine a.m. and seven p.m. or any portion thereof and fifteen dollars per boat between the hours of seven p.m. and nine a.m. or any portion thereof The nightly fee for overnight docking shall be one dollar per boat foot at docks without electricity and one dollar and ten cents per boat foot for docks with electricity or the fee shall be twenty-five dollars per boat per night whichever is the greater amount.

    (5)   For state park guest docks except those identified in paragraphs (H)(1) , (H)(2), and (H)(3) and (H)(4) of this rule the fee shall be five dollars per boat per twenty-four hours.

    (I) At Cleveland Lakefront E. 55 Street Marina, dock renters are issued two gate cards with the rental of a dock space. Extra Replacement gate cards shall be ten dollars each. In addition each dock renter at E. 55th Street Marina shall receive two free parking passes. If lost replacement parking passes may be purchased for ten dollars each.

    (J) At Cleveland Lakefront E. 55 Street Marina persons mooring watercraft at seasonal docks after October thirty-first shall pay five dollars per boat storage fee for each day the watercraft is moored at the dock after October thirty-first. This fee is in addition to the seasonal dock fees specified in paragraph (C) of this rule.

    (J)(K) The half-season fee for state-operated docks shall be fifty-five per cent of the fee listed in paragraph (C) of this rule. For the purpose of this rule, "half-season" is defined as the period from July fifteenth through November first, or any portion thereof.

    (K)(L) At Buckeye lake, annual private dock fees paid on or after May first will be ten dollars more or ten percent more, whichever is the greater amount, than the fees specified in paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule.

    (L)(M) At lake Milton state park, annual private dock fees paid after May first will be ten dollars more than the fee specified in paragraph (E) of this rule.

    (M)(N) During the hunting season at Delaware, Grand lake Saint Marys, lake Loramie and Indian lake state parks persons may rent and use vacant docks for the duration of the duck hunting season for a fee of forty-five dollars per dock space.

    (N)(O) At Portage lakes state park, annual private dock fees paid on of after May first will be ten dollars more than the fee specified in paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule.

    (P) At Grand lake Saint Marys state park, annual private dock fees paid on or after July first will be ten dollars more than the fee specified in paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule.

    (O)(Q) At Cleveland Lakefront state park the chief may reduce the charges for electricity at East fifty-fifth street marina if the electricity used by the dock renter the previous year was less than the division charged.

    (P)(R) Private docks at Pymatuning state park: For a dock, platform, off shore mooring or other structure over or on the waters of the division privately built and maintained by the applicant:

    Fee:

    Fifty dollars per season or any portion thereof for each off shore mooring and one hundred ten dollars per season or any portion thereof for each dock, platform, or other structure. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat to said off shore mooring, dock, platform or structure. If more than one boat is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of fifty dollars per season for each additional boat moored to the off shore mooring and one hundred ten dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat moored to the dock, platform or other structure.

    (Q)(S) Private docks at lake Loramie state parks: for a dock, platform, boat house or other structure at lake Loramie state park which extends over or on the waters of the division privately built and maintained by the applicant:

    Fee:

    Forty dollars per season or any portion thereof for each dock, platform, boathouse or other structure built from private land. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat to said dock, platform, boathouse, or structure. If more than one boat is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of forty dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat. For each dock, platform, boathouse or other structure built from state land the fee shall be seventy dollars. This fee includes the privilege of mooring one boat to said dock, platform, boathouse, or structure. if more than one boat is moored, the applicant shall pay a fee of seventy dollars per season or any portion thereof for each additional boat.

    (R)(T) Shawnee state park monthly rate: the monthly rate for dock spaces at Shawnee state park shall be:

    Fee:

    One hundred fifty dollars per space per month for dock spaces in docks A or B. Two hundred dollars per space per month for dock spaces in docks C.

    (S)(U) Shawnee state park winter dock rate: for a dock space at Shawnee state park during the winter season the fee shall be twelve dollars per boat foot.

    (T)(V) At lake Loramie state park the fee for rental of a state dock space during the winter season shall be forty-five dollars for November first to March thirty-first.
