NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OHIO LOTTERY COM?1ISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE  RULES

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt two (2) amended administrative rules in Proposed Form. A public hearing will be conducted on June 6, 2013 at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter  119, Ohio  Revised  Code).   Any  person  affected  by the proposed  action

may appear and be heard in person, by the person 's attorney, or both; may present the

person's position,  arguments,  or contentions, orally or in writing;  offer  and  examine witnesses; and present  evidence tending to show that the proposed  rule, amendment  or

revision, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.

The amended rules to be considered for adoption are Ohio Lottery Administrative Rules 3770:1?5-03 and  3770:1  ?10.

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 3770:1-5-03 is to amend the rule to reflect the change in the statute the rule implements, by adding new language to Paragraph (C) relating to the filing of instant game rules, and to comply with the mandatory five (5) year review requirement. The purpose of the amendment  to  Rule  3770:1"?10  is  to amend the rule to conform to current practice to reflect that monies are disbursed on the order of the office of budget and management and to comply with the mandatory five (5) year review requirement.
