    Notice of Public Hearing

     

     

    A public hearing will be held by the Ohio Casino Control Commission on June 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lobby Hearing Room of the Rhodes State Office Tower, located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment on the following proposed rules:

     

    Rule 3772-4-01, titled "Instructions for Casino Owner/Operator/Management Company/Holding Company License Application." The proposed rule sets forth instructions for the Casino Owner/Operator/Management Company/Holding Company license application.

     

    Rule 3772-4-02, titled "Information that must be provided." The proposed rule sets forth the information required to be submitted as part of an application for a Casino Owner/Operator/Management Company/Holding Company license.

     

    Rule 3772-4-03, titled "Facility Plan." The proposed rule describes the information to be submitted as part of a "facility plan" required as part of a Casino Owner/Operator/Management Company/Holding Company license application.

     

    Rule 3772-4-04, titled "Other Required Information." The proposed rule describes additional requirements for completing and submitting a Casino Owner/Operator/Management Company/Holding Company license application.

     

    All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and/or written testimony.  Written comments may also be submitted to the attention of Samuel Kirk, Assistant Section Chief, Charitable Law Section, Office of the Attorney General, at 150 East Gay Street, 23rd Floor, Columbus, OH 43215-3130.
