NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE STATE ?1EDICAL BOARD OF OHIO, pursuant to CHAPTER 119. OHIO REVISED CODE,
hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption, amendment, and rescission rules.
The public hearing will be conducted on Monday, June 19, 2006, beginning at 10:00 A.l\?,in Room 1932, Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts, 77 South High Street, 191h Floor, Columbus, OH. Oral or written testimony may be presented by any person affected by the proposed action, his/her attorney, or both.
Pursuant to Section 1 19.032? ORC? the following rules are being prooosed with no changes: 4731-22-03, 4731-22-04, and 4731-22-06, Ohio Administrative Code.
The following rule is orooosed for amendment in order to facilitate care of hospice enrollees: 4731-11-09 Prescribing topersons not seen by the physician
The following rules are orooosed for amendment in order to clar?v requirements: 4731-22-01 D?iitions (pertaini ng to Emeritus status)

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
