??O LOTTERY COl\?1ISSION E?EARING ON THE ADOPTION OF ONE M?ENDED ADl\?NISTRATIVE RULE

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio L "ery Commission intends to adopt one (1) amended administrative rule in Proposed Form. A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, Jw1e 21_, 2016, at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4m floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person's attorney, or both;

may present the person 's position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show

that the proposed rule, amendment or revision, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlaw?1.

 

The amended rule to be considered for adoption is Ohio Lo?ery Administrative Rule 3770:2-3-01.

 

The rule to be considered for adoption as an amended rule relates to video lottery sales agent license applications.
