THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION LEGAL NOTICE

 

The Ohio Department of Higher Education will hold a public hearing on the following rules on Monday, June 27, 2016 in Main Conference Room at the Ohio Department of Higher Education, located at 25 South Front Street, 7th Floor, Columbus, Ohio. The hearing will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment. The rules have been filed as follows:

1)          Updated rules to be filed as amendments:

These rules have been amended to update the statutory title of the agency and to make other non-substantive changes.

 

3333-1-11	(Amended)	The "Ohio Academic Scholarship Program" procedures.
3333-1-15	(Amended)	Payment of bond service charges under the state credit enhancement program
3333-1-19	(Amended)	The selective service registration rule.
3333-1-20	(Amended)	Procedures to be followed in allocating state support to the Ohio aerospace institute.
3333-1-27	(Amended)	Membership and participation in OhioLink.

 

2)          Rules to be rescinded:

These rules are being rescinded and replaced with new rules.
