1501:41-2-16               Housekeeping cabin fee (division operated).

 

 

 

(A)   The fee for all housekeeping cabins built prior to July 1, 1965, at the following state parks except for those listed in paragraph (C) of this rule is:

On and after April 1, 2004 the fees specified in this paragraph for nightly rentals shall be increased by five dollars per night per cabin and for weekly rentals the fees shall be increased by thirty-five dollars per week per cabin.

 

(B)  The fee at all two-bedroom housekeeping cabins built since July 1, 1965, is:

On and after April 1, 2004 the fees specified in this paragraph for nightly rentals shall be increased by five dollars per night per cabin and for weekly rentals the fees shall be increased by thirty-five dollars per week per cabin.

(C)   Geneva state park cabin or cabin park model. Fee:

The maximum fee for a one week rental is fourfive hundred twenty-five dollars per week. For rentals less than a full week the fee is seventy-five dollars per night.For a one night only rental the fee is eighty dollars. For a two or more night rental the fee is sixty-five dollars per night.

(D)   The chief of the division may, at his/her discretion, for promotional purposes during division-sponsored programs, waive all or a portion of the fees for program/promotional participants.

(E) The per week fees specified in paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule are the maximum amounts charged for a seven consecutive night rental.
