1501:41-2-34               Recreation vehicle, yurts, camper cabin and tepee fees.

 

 

 

(A)  The nightly fee for participants in the rent a tepee program shall be as follows:

 

Mohican, Grand lake Saint Marys and Indian lake

$31.00 per site

Grand lake Saint Marys	$35.00 per site
Shawnee	$33.00 per site

All other parks                              $27.00 $30.00 per site

(B)   The per night fee for participants in the rent a recreation vehicle program shall be as follows:

For East Harbor the maximum weekly fee shall be four hundred fifty dollars.

At parks other than East Harbor if a person cancels a reservation more than fourteen days prior to their scheduled first night of stay, the deposit paid minus twenty dollars shall be refunded to the person. At East Harbor if a person cancels a reservation more than thirty days prior to their scheduled first night of stay, the deposit minus twenty dollars shall be refunded to the person. For any cancellation made thirty days or less at East Harbor or fourteen days or less at all other parks prior to the scheduled first night stay, no refund of the deposit paid shall be made.

(C)  The fee for participants in the rent a yurt program shall be as follows:

Maumee Bay	$42.00 $45.00 per night
Kelleys Island	$85.00 for one night only

Delaware	$40.00 per night for rentals on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights

Effective January 1, 2003 the fee at Kelleys Island for participants in the rent a yurt program shall be as follows:

(D)    The nightly fee per cabin for participants in the camper cabin program shall be as follows:
