NOTICE

 

ODA is proposing to amend rule 173-3-07 of the Administrative Code, which regards cost sharing and voluntary contributions for services that are funded by the Older Americans Act. Please see the business impact analysis (BIA) and rule summaries and fiscal analyses (RSFAs) associated with this rule filing for details.

 

ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 in Conference Room 10B which is the second conference room after entering ODA's 10th-floor office suite at 50 W. Broad St.; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 10:30AM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
