Notice of Public Hearing
The Accountancy Board of Ohio hereby gives notice of its intent to amend seven professional ethics rules, two rules concerning Board committees and the practice of public accounting, two rules concerning peer review, three rules concerning continuing education, and to adopt a new rule permitting CPA examination candidates who have completed the educational requirements to delay submission of transcripts until after taking the examination. The proposed rules will be the subject of a public hearing, to be held in the office of the Accountancy Board of Ohio, 18th Floor, 77 S. High St., Columbus Ohio on July 15, 2005 at 10:00 AM. Persons who wish to speak for or against the proposed rules are invited to attend.
