The
Superintendentsuperintendent of the Ohio state highway patrolState Highway Patrolmay authorize the acceptance in this state, of a certificate of inspection and approval, issued in another state, having an inspection law similar to Section 4513.02 of the Revised Code of Ohio.4501:2-1-21
