If any school bus or any church bus as defined in section 4503.07 of the Revised Code is used in the transportation of passengers for hire by a motor transportation company or a common carrier by motor vehicle or by a private motor carrier or contract carrier by motor vehicle, that school bus or church bus is subject to section 4513.51 of the Revised Code and shall be inspected in compliance with this chapter of the Administrative Code.
