Notice of Public Hearing

Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services

 

Pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, notices hereby given that the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services will conduct a public hearing.

 

The following rule is being proposed:

 

3793:2-1-01.1  Deemed Certification

 

The proposed rule requires the department of alcohol and drug addiction services to accept as partial compliance with OAC 3793:2-1-02 through OAC 3793:2-1-08 an agency's behavioral health accreditation with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations; The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities; and/or The Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services.

 

Persons unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments on the proposed rule.  Any written comments received or postmarked on or before the public hearing date will be treated as testimony and made available for public review.
