PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

Section 119.032 of the Revised Code requires ODA to review the rules of Chapter 173-2 of the Administrative Code no later than the each rule's assigned review date. The rules regulate ODA's designees.

 

ODA will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning the rule proposals on July 17, 2014 in Conference Room 10B which is located just inside the 10th floor entrance of ODA's office at 50 W. Broad St.; 10th Floor; Columbus, OH 43215. The hearing will begin at 10:30AM and will continue until all parties in attendance at that time have had an opportunity to provide comment.
