Pursuant to section 3125.25 and Chapter 119. of the Ohio Revised Code, the director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) gives notice of the department's intent to consider the amendment of the rule as identified below and of a public hearing thereon.

 

Rule 5101:9-6-83, entitled Child support enforcement agency (CSEA) administrative fund, is being proposed for amendment as a result of the five-year review conducted under section 119.032 of the Revised Code. Each child support enforcement agency (CSEA) is required to create an administrative fund for the operation of a child support enforcement program. This rule sets forth which funds are to be deposited to and distributed from the administrative fund. Requirements concerning the reporting of revenues and disbursements are being removed from this rule because they are in existing rule 5101:9-7-29.

 

A copy of the proposed rule is available, without charge, to any person affected by the rule at the address listed below. A public hearing on the proposed rule will be held at the date, time, and location listed at the top of this notice. Either written or oral testimony will be taken at the public hearing. Additionally, written comments submitted or postmarked no later than the date of the public hearing will be treated as testimony.
