4123-17-20                  Employer  contribution  to  the  coal-workers  pneumoconiosis fund.

 

 

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to establish contributions made to the coal-workers  pneumoconiosis  fund  by  employers  pursuant  to  sections  4121.121  and

4131.04 of the Revised Code.
