NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., in Room 1, Level 2, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, to consider the following:

 

Amendment of the following rules for the purposes as shown below:

 

4123-6-43  Payment for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators and neuromuscular electrical stimulators.

 

The bureau reviewed this rule for five year rule review last year and made it effective November 11, 2015. Prior to this five year review, rule 4123-6-43 of the Administrative Code, was amended February 2010 and December 2010. During the latest review in 2015, the Bureau inadvertently made changes to the February 2010 rule and not to the December 2010 rule. Therefore, the Bureau is filing this rule again with corrections.
