THE CHANCELLOR OF THE OHIO BOARD OF REGENTS LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

The Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions July 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Ohio Board of Regents, located at 30 East Broad Street, 36th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215:

•         3333-1-14 - Details the procedures of the Board of Regents' meeting notices. This rule is being filed in compliance with the five year rule review. The amended version of this rule deletes item (B) (3) which makes reference to notice of meetings being on the Ohio Board of Regents bulletin board. The rule also makes updates to the web address of the Board of Regents website and provides an alternative electronic contact method.

•         Within Rule 3333-1-14 there has also been a change made to the procedures this rule is prescribed to follow from Ohio Revised Code 119.032 to Ohio Revised Code 111.15.
