    This rule prescribes requirements for conducting CFR board meetings in each county. The CFR board reviews the deaths of all children who were residents of the

    county at the time of their death.

    2.  Please provide an estimate in dollars of the cost of compliance with the proposed rule for school districts, counties, townships, or municipal corporations.     Costs will vary by county depending on the number of child deaths reviewed. Costs should be minimal if the members participate voluntarily in the CFR board and free meeting space is secured. There will be costs for printing and postage for meeting announcements, materials, and requests for records, and mileage to attend training. Costs may range from $1000 to $50,000 if staff is hired to coordinate the CFR activities.

    3.  If the proposed rule is the result of a federal requirement, does the proposed rule exceed the scope and intent of the federal requirement? No

    4.  If the proposed rule exceeds the minimum necessary federal requirement, please provide an estimate of, and justification for, the excess costs that exceed the cost of the federal requirement.
