4123-17-06                  Private employer contributions to the state insurance fund.

 

 

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation board of directors, has authority to approve contributions made to the  state  insurance  fund  by  employers  pursuant  to  sections  4121.121,  4123.29,  and

4123.34 of the Revised Code. The administrator hereby sets the NCCI manual classification base rates, and NCCI manual classification expected loss rates per one hundred dollar of payroll to be effective July 1, 2013 2014, applicable to the payroll reporting period July 1, 2013 2014, through June 30, 2014 2015, for private employers as indicated in the appendix to this rule.
