901:1-19-05 Illegal importation of equine into Ohio.
Any equidae,
imported into Ohio without evidence
of a negative test for equine infectious anemia within twelve months prior to the date of importation shall be quarantined as directed by the department until the owner or bailee can furnish
to the department a record of
an official negative test for equine infectious anemia.901:1-19-05
