901:1-25-02                 Fees for registration of brands.

 

 

 

The director of agriculture may, at his discretion, establish and collect up to twenty-five dollars for each brand recorded, and fair and reasonable charges related to the cost of administering a brand recordation program. There is hereby established a fee of:

 

(A)  Twenty-five dollars for each recorded brand;

 

(B)Twenty-five dollars for each renewal recorded brand;

 

(B)(C) Twenty-five dollars for each rerecording re-recording of a brand;

 

(C)(D) Ten dollars for the recording of instruments transferring ownership of brands; and
