The Ohio Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of soliciting comments on the following rule proposed for adoption to Chapter 4501-47, "Commercial Driver's License," of the Ohio Administrative Code. This rule is being filed to implement statutory provisions set forth in House Bill 337 of the 129th General Assembly and House Bills 98 and 488 of the 130th General Assembly that apply military training and experience toward the requirements to receive occupational licenses and require agencies to develop processes for expediting such applications.
