NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ohio Department of Mental Health

 

Pursuant to section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Department intends to conduct a public hearing.

 

 

The following rules are being proposed:

 

Amended Rules - (Certification Standards for Community Mental Health Agencies)

5122-24-01      Definitions

Corrects  cites  to  the  Administrative  Code  in  paragraphs  (B)(85)  and (B)(86) and adds the definition of "Social Worker Trainee".

 

5122-25-02      Accreditation Requirements

Amplifies  the  rule  that  requires  agencies  to  report  their  accreditation survey dates.

 

5122-29-10       Crisis Intervention Mental Health Service

Clarifies in paragraph (B)(1) that the elements enumerated in that paragraph shall be provided either directly by the agency seeking certification for this service or through a contract with an agency already ODMH certified for the service.

Amended Rule

5122-32-01     Community Forensic Psychiatric Centers

Adds new paragraph (L) whereby the Department shall establish a quality improvement process for community psychiatric forensic centers with input from the Association of Ohio Forensic Psychiatric Center Directors.
