4123-17-37                  Employer contribution to the safety and hygiene fund.

 

 

The administrator of workers' compensation, with the advice and consent of the bureau of workers' compensation oversight commission board of directors, has authority to approve contributions to the state insurance fund by employers pursuant to sections 4121.121 and

4121.37 of the Revised Code.
