    OHIO DEPARTMENT OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES

    Pursuant to sections 5107.05, and Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services gives notice of the department's intent to amend rules on a permanent basis and of a public hearing thereon.

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-28 - Food stamp employment and training (FSET) program, is being proposed for amendment to comply with the five year rule review as required in Ohio Revised Code 119.032. This rule sets forth how the FSET program was created from the Food Stamp Act of 1977.

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-30 - Food stamp employment and training (FSET): rights and responsibilities, is being proposed for amendment to comply with the five year rule review as required in Ohio Revised Code 119.032. This rule sets forth the rights and responsibilities of the food stamp participants who are subject to the FSET requirements.

     

    Rule 5101:4-3-33 - Food stamp employment and training (FSET): job search, is being proposed for amendment to comply with the five year rule review as required in Ohio Revised Code 119.032. This rule sets forth the job search criteria for Food Stamp FSET participants.

     

    A copy of the proposed rules is available, without charge, to any person affected by the rules at the address listed below. The rules are also available on the internet at  http://www.registerofohio.state.oh.us/. A public hearing on the proposed rules will be held at the date, time, and location listed at the top of this notice. Either written or oral testimony will be taken at the public hearing. Additionally, written comments submitted or postmarked no later than the date of the public hearing will be treated as testimony.
