NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Secretary of State gives notice of a public hearing regarding the proposal of the following administrative rules pursuant to Am. Sub.

S.B. No. 109 of the 1301h General Assembly:

 

 

 

111-22-1   Definitions.  This proposed new rule contains definitions for the oversight of a board of elections by the secretary of state.

 

111-22-2  Placing a board  of elections under official oversight.   This proposed new rule discusses the placement of a board of elections under official oversight.

 

111-22-3  Period of oversight.  This proposed new rule designates the length of a period of oversight of a board of elections.

 

111-2-4      Terms of oversight.  This proposed new rule discusses the terms of the secretary of state's oversight of a board of elections.

 

111-2-5      Transition from oversight.  This proposed  new rule explains a board of elections' transition ?om oversight.
