4715-11-04.1 Application for registration as expanded function dental auxiliary; requirements; renewal; exemptions.

P UBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to Chapter 119 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio State Dental Board will conduct a Public hearing on Wednesday, August 23,  2006  at  1:00  p.m.  on  Ohio  Administrative  Code  4715-8-02,

4715-9-01, 4715-9-02, 4715-11-03, 4715-11-04, 4715-11-04.14715-

11-04.2,

4715-12-01,  4715-12-02,  4715-12-03,  4715-12-04  and

4715-12-05.        The hearing will take place on the 19th  floor of The

Vern

Riffe  Center  for  Government  and  the  Arts,  77  South  High

Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215, Room 1960. The purpose of this hearing is to permit public comment on the new and amended rules pursuant to R.C. 119.032. Testimony should focus on the rule as it is proposed. Persons wishing to testify at the hearing should register

than August 9, 2006 with Malynda K. Franks, Executive

Secretary, 614/466-2580.  Witnesses must limit their comments to

ten (10)

minutes and are asked to submit written copies of their
