    This rule is being filed to replace the rule of the same number that is proposed for deletion. The rule was reformatted to change the numering schema to make the rule easier to use and reference.

    This rule contains the children services definitions of terms used in Chapters 5101:2-5, 5101:2-7, 5101:2-9, 5101:2-33, 5101:2-35, 5101:2-36, 5101:2-39,

    5101:2-40, 5101:2-42, 5101:2-44, 5101:2-47, 5101:2-48, 5101:2-49, 5101:2-52 and

    5101:2-57 of the Administrative Code. The rule was reformatted for clarity and to make it more user friendly. The previous lettering schema was changed to numeric references.

    This rule references the Ohio Revised Code. The Ohio Revised Code is available to persons affected by this rule via the "InfoCenter" link on the ODJFS website (http://jfs.ohio.gov//) in accordance with revised code 121.75(E).

    This rule incorporates one or more references to another rule or rules of the Ohio Administrative

    Code. This question is not applicable to any incorporation by reference to another OAC rule

    because such reference is exempt from compliance with RC 121.71 to 121.74 pursuant to RC

    121.76(A)(3).

    This rule is being refiled to make the following changes from the previously filed version of this rule:

    (B)(67) added persons licensed under Chapter 4757 of the Revised Code to the definition,

    (B) 72) The term "domestic violence services" was deleted from the definitions rule as the term is not used in rule,

    (B) (185) The term "practitioner of behavior science" was deleted from the definitions rule as the term is not used in rule,

    (B) (198) the reference to "licensed independent marriage and family therapist" was added to the listing of professional treatment staff identified in the term,

    (B) 230) the reference to "licensed independent marriage and family therapist" was added to the listing of professional treatment staff identified in the definition,

    (B) (245) deleted the reference to "engaged in social work or professional counseling" and referenced persons licensed under chapter 4757 of the Revised Code.

    (B)(246) deleted liecensed independent social worker and licensed professioanl counselor and referenced persons licensed under Chapter 4757 of the Revised Code.
