This filing is based on a R.C. 119.032, five-year review of rule 4501:3-4-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code. This rule is being proposed for rescission and simultaneously a new amended version of the rule (same title and number) is being proposed for adoption.

This rule entitled "Emergency management funding" provides requirements for the executive director of the Ohio management agency and each local emergency management agency with regard to federal and state funding in support of local emergency management agencies.
