NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 11, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., in Room G, 3rd Floor, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, to consider the following:

Adoption of the following rules for the purpose as shown below: 4123-6-31  Payment for acupuncture.

4123-7-14  Payment for acupuncture.

 

These proposed amendments implement S.B. 33 of the 127th General Assembly to include doctors of chiropractic who hold a certificate to practice acupuncture from the sate of Ohio chiropractic board as providers of acupuncture in the BWC Health Partnership Program.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Any interested party unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments to the undersigned prior to the public hearing.
