Department laboratory services are provided as time and personnel permit. Any services requested that ane not listed in the rules may be provided by the department under contract.

901-15-02 through 901-15-05. Any services not listed in the rules may be provided by the department under contract at an agreed price. Income varies dependent on the number of listed tests performed and the agreed price for tests done under contract. Fees for lab services are deposited in the rotaty funds for each lab.
