Filed all rules as "To Be Refiled" due to date sequencing that required all changes to be made by 5:00 p.m. on day of Public Hearing, July 20, 2007. In order to give due consideration to comments all rules were filed TBR.

Minor changes made to paragraphs (B)(3)(a), (b) & (c) to note that experience and supervision hour requirements are minimums.

Cost of compliance has not changed; applicants need a qualifying degree and coursework, pay an application fee of $75 and examination fee of $225 plus provide transcripts directly from the universities attended.
