    This rule is being rescinded and its provisions consolidated into a new chapter, numbered 5160-28, as part of the five-year rule review process. Additionally, the text of the rule is being reorganized, streamlined, and clarified.

    This rule describes the alternate payment method that government-operated Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) may elect for reimbursement purposes.
