NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., in Room 1, Level 2, 30 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, to consider the following:

 

Amendment of the following rule for the purpose as shown below:

 

4123-17-02     Basic or manual rate.

 

The proposed rule is being filed to update language intended to be included in a previous version recently filed.

 

A paragraph was added to paragraph (B)(6)(d) to clarify transfer of successorships once criteria(s) have met, as specified by this rule.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Any interested party unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments to the undersigned prior to the public hearing.
