The following fee schedule shall apply:

 

(A)The application fee for a license shall be $125.00.

 

(B)The application fee for a temporary license shall be $150.00.

 

(C)Renewal fee is $300.00.

 

(D)Reinstatement fee is $125.00.

 

(E)Examination fees will be paid to appropriate testing agencies.
