4779-5-02                    Admission to The Examination.

 

 

 

(A)An applicant for Ohio examination must have an approved preliminary application for licensure form on file with the board. Before an applicant may sit for the examination, they must demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements of 4779.09 of the Revised Code.

 

(B)The Board shall notify ABC of the applicant's interest in taking the exam. Applicant is responsible for exam fees and all costs and fees associated with that exam shall be paid to the contracted testing agency.

 

(C)The  applicant  for  Ohio  examination  shall  comply  with  any  and  all  deadlines established by the ABC.
