THE CHANCELLOR OF THE OHIO BOARD OF REGENTS LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

The Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions Thursday, August 26, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Ohio Board of Regents, located at 30 East Broad Street, 36th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215:

•         3333-1-27- Is being filed in compliance with the five year rule review process, as required by section 119.03 of the Revised Code. The amendment to this rule updates the rule in order to recognize the Chancellor's statutory authority as a direct gubernatorial appointee.
