4501:1-1-03                 Additional license examinations.

 

 

On or after six months from the date of the fourth driver license examination failure, in any series of four driver license examinations, the registrar shall authorize another series of driver license examinations if so requested, subject to the provisions of rules 4501:1-1-04 and 4501:1-1-11 of the Administrative Code, if applicable.
