It shall be unlawful for any person to operate watercraft at any time at a speed greater than six m.p.h. idle speed or at a speed that shall cause creates a wake, or to engage in water-skiing, surfboarding, or other like towing activities on Pleasant Hill, Tappan, Seneca lakes except within an area zoned by the Muskingum watershed conservancy district and marked by zone buoys as a no-wake zone or designated as a shore zone. expressly for one or more of these purposes. Within such zoned In areas which are not marked and designated as specific activity zones areas watercraft may be operated at such speed as is reasonable, having due regard to the traffic, surface and other existing conditions.
