To update the rule for five year rule review, and to provide clarification on the fleeing felon process.

This rule sets forth the policy for information sharing and the process for handling fleeing felons. This rule has been updated using plain language. We have also corrected acronyms and typographical errors. All references to "stamps" have been changed to "assistance". The definition and procedure for processing a fleeing felon has been expanded to include all the steps and to ensure clarity.

09/08/09 - This rule has been revised to address clearance comments. In paragrph (A)(8)(b)(ii) we clarified that a law enforcement officer must provide documentation in writing and clarified that if anyone makes a report other than a law enforcement officer the county agency shall take the following actions described in (A)(8)(b)(ii)(a), (b), (c) and (d).
