NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The State Board of Landscape Architect Examiners hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing at 10:00

A.M. on October 18, 2002 in the office of the Board Room on the 16 th floor of the Riffe Center located at 77 S. High Street in Columbus, OH for the purpose of considering the rescission of rules 4703:1-1-01 through 4703:1-1-12 and 4703:1-2-01 through 4703:1-2-03 of the Administrative Code and the adoption of the rules 4703:1-1-01 through 4703:1-1-05, 4703:1-2-01 through 4703:1-2-02, 4703:1-3-01 through 4703:1-3-05 and 4703:1-4-01 through 4703:1-4-03 of the Administrative Code The proposed rules are intended to implement the provisions of Subs. H.B.

#214 of the 124th General Assembly which became effective July 23, 2002 and to reorganize the content of the rules into a format that is more easily used and understood.

Copies of the proposed rule are on file with the Secretary of State and copies of the complete text of the proposed rules may be obtained from the office of the Board, 77 S. High St., 16th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215-6108.
