NOTICE OF HEARING ON

RULES OF RACING

 

 

 

 

Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 119.03 and 119.032, of the Ohio Revised Code and 3769-2-03 and 3769-12-03 of the Ohio Rules of Racing, the Ohio State Racing Commission hereby gives notice of its intention to advertise for public hearing amendments and new rules to the Ohio Rules of Racing. A public hearing on these proposed rules will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 10:15 am at Beulah Park Racetrack, 3664 Grant Ave., Grove City, Ohio.
