    To add new language pursuant to the passage of House Bill 93 of the 129th General Assembly regarding when a pharmacist must request and review an OARRS report.

    Initially it is not anticipated to have an impact on expenditures, but as the use of OARRS increases it may be necesaary to increase staff and update equipment to meet the usage demands.

    Pharmacists will require internet access and an email account to use OARRS. It will also require a pharmacist's time to request and review an OARRS report. It is difficult to determine the costs, since it is not known how many pharmacists will need to aquire internet access and an email acount, or how much time will be needed to use OARRS.
