    PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

    PROVIDER CERTIFICATION TERMINOLOGY

     

     

    Rule 173-39-01 introduces Chapter 173-39 of the Administrative Code, a chapter on provider certification, and defines terms used in that chapter. Rules 173-39-02.22, 173-39-02.23, and 173-39-02.24 of the Administrative Code regulate ODA-certified providers when those providers furnish waiver nursing services, out-of-home respite services, and home care attendant services to individual who have enrolled in the PASSPORT Program.

     

    ODA is proposing to rescind rule 173-39-01 of the Administrative Code and to replace it with a rule of the same number. ODA is proposing to amend rules 173-39-02.22, 173-39-02.23, and 173-39-02.24 of the Administrative Code.

     

    On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, ODA conducted a public hearing on the rule filing. On September 17, 2015, ODA refiled the proposed new version of rule 173-39-01 of the Administrative Code. ODA will conduct the following additional public hearing to obtain comments concerning the revised filing:
