    This rule regulates the season dates and limits for rail, Wilson's snipe, woodcock, gallinules, teal, early season canada geese, and mourning doves

    Paragraph A (11) was amended and the and the daily bag limit for Canada Geese

    was changed from five birds per day to three birds per day.

    Paragraph A (13) was amended and Crane Creek/Ottawa NWR to the list of wildlife area were permission of the chief of the division of wildlife is needed to hunt during the early goose season.

    Paragraph A (14) was amended and the early teal season was changed to September 3, 2005 through September 11, 2005

    Paragraph B was amended and the second split of mourning dove seasson was changed to November 13, 2005 through November 26,2005
