    OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

    THE ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND NE?f ADMINISTRATIVE  RULES

    Notice is hereby given that ?c Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt four amended and nine new Ad.minis?ative Rules in Proposed Form. A public hearing will be conducted on October 4, 2011, at ?ie Fr?ik J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 2n° floor auditorium, Cleveland, Ohio 441?,at 10:00 A.M. in accordance wi? ?e Adminis?ative  Procedures Act,  (Chapt? 119, Ohio Revised  Code).                                                                                                                         Any   p?son a?ected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person's

    attorney, or both; may present the person's position, arg??ents, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show ?at the proposed rule or amendment, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.

    The rules to be considered for amendment ?e existing Ohio Lo??Y Administrative Rules 3770:2-3-01, 3770:2-3-07, 3770:2-3-08 and 3770:2-6-04. The new rules to be considered for adoption ?e Ohio Lott?y Adminis?ative Rules 3770:2 5-01, 3770:2'-5?02, 3770:2?5-03, 3770:2-5-04, 3770:2-5-05, 3770:2-5-06, 3770:2-5-07, 3770:2-

    5-08 and 3770:2-5-09.

    The  rules  to  be  considered  for  amendment  relate  to  video  lottery  license

    application, renewal and compensation; and relocation, installation and certification  of video lottery terminals. The purpose of the amendments is to clari?F and update the rules.

    The new n?es to be considered for adoption relate to video lott?y technology proyid?license application, review process, issuance of license, d?rial of license, license suspension or revocation, fines, renewal and audits. The pu?ose of the new rules is to set for?the process for licensure of video lottery technology providers by the Ohio I?tt?y Commission.
