    Notice of Public Hearing

     

     

    A public hearing will be held by the Ohio Casino Control Commission on October 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lobby Hearing Room of the Rhodes State Office Tower, located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.  The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment on the following proposed rules:

     

    Rule 3772-5-01, titled "Key Employee License Required." The proposed rule sets forth the categories of persons required to obtain a key employee license.

     

    Rule 3772-5-02, titled "Key Employee License Application, License Period and Provisional License." The proposed rule sets forth the application, renewal application and provisional application procedures for key employee licenses.

     

    Rule 3772-5-03, titled "Key Employee Fees." The proposed rule sets forth the application and license fees for key employee licenses.

     

    Rule 3772-5-04, titled "Duty to Update Information." The proposed rule sets forth categories of information required to be updated by key employee licensees.

     

    Rule 3772-6-01, titled "Gaming-Related Vendor License." The proposed rule sets forth the persons required to obtain a gaming-related vendor license.

     

    Rule 3772-6-02, titled "Gaming-Related Vendor License Application, License Period, and License Renewal." The proposed rule sets forth the application and renewal application procedures for gaming-related vendor licenses.

     

    Rule 3772-6-03, titled "Gaming-Related Vendor Fees." The proposed rule sets forth the application and license fees for gaming-related vendor licenses.

     

    Rule 3772-6-04, titled "Duty to Update Information." The proposed rule sets forth categories of information required to be updated by gaming-related vendor licensees.

     

    All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and/or written testimony.  Written comments may also be submitted to the attention of Samuel Kirk, Assistant Section Chief, Charitable Law Section, Office of the Attorney General, at 150 East Gay Street, 23rd Floor, Columbus, OH 43215-3130.
