3745-82-03                  Monitoring.

 

 

 

(A)   Except for fluoride, the parameters in this chapter shall be monitored at the intervals prescribed by the director as necessary for protection of the public health or welfare, upon written notice by the director to the affected system.

 

(B)    For fluoride, the monitoring conducted for compliance with paragraph (B) of rule 3745-81-11 of the Administrative Code may be used to determine compliance with the secondary maximum contaminant level for fluoride as specified under rule 3745-82-02 of the Administrative Code. A system shall be determined to be in compliance with the secondary maximum contaminant level for fluoride on the basis of the results of the most recent sample taken in accordance with rule 3745-81-23 of the Administrative Code.
